The hotel is conveniently located close to the central train station and a couple of supermarkets. The rooms, however, left much to be desired as they were in poor condition, despite having a small kitchen. I found the service to be decent, but it could definitely be improved. Overall, considering the location, the value for money isn't all that great due to the room conditions.
